The objective of this course is that students achieve those detailed theoretical skills regarding the systems, structures, operations, maintenance, repair and diagnosis of breakdowns detected in the aircraft, in conformity with maintenance information approved, so that the necessary maintenance tasks can be duly and safely performed in Boeing aircrafts 747-400, engines GE CF6, PW 4000 and RR RB211 categories B1/B2.
The objective of this part is to acquire the necessary skills so as to duly and safely perform maintenance, inspection and daily tasks, in conformity with the maintenance handbook and other pertinent instructions in Boeing aircrafts B747-400, engines GE CF-6, PW 4000 and RR RB211, categories B1/B2.
There are 244 theoretical questions included in the theoretical part and 90 seconds are given to answer each question. These questions shall be distributed into 7 exams. These test exams corresponding to the theoretical part must be achieved with a grade equal to or higher than 75%.
All the practical sessions comprising the practical part shall be achieved with the overall grade of PASS. These practical sessions might be carried out after the student has successfully finished the theoretical part, or after completion of each ATA chapter.
