For the purposes of this disclaimer, “AVIET” refers to AVIET LTD, an EASA Part-147 Approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization (Approval Reference: MT.147.08).
Independent Regional Agents
AVIET works with a network of independent regional agents who assist prospective international students by providing information about our aircraft maintenance training programs, upcoming courses, and promotional offers.
These regional agents act solely as independent facilitators and are not employees, representatives, or legal agents of AVIET LTD unless expressly stated in writing.
Agents are not authorized to:
- Modify AVIET’s official policies or procedures
- Interpret or alter course requirements
- Make binding commitments on behalf of AVIET
- Offer guarantees, discounts, refunds, or special conditions without written approval from AVIET
- Override any official decisions made by AVIET
Official Communication
Only communications issued directly by AVIET LTD through our official email addresses, website, or authorized communication channels are considered official and legally binding.
Any promises, verbal agreements, financial arrangements, or additional commitments made between a student and an independent regional agent are strictly between those parties and shall not be binding upon AVIET LTD.
Students are strongly encouraged to obtain written confirmation from AVIET before relying on any information provided by third parties.

If you are communicating with a regional agent, we recommend verifying their authorization before making any payments or commitments.
